Shipping & returns
We currently use delivery times of 1 to 3 business days.
With the larger units it may take longer, call or email us for the exact date of delivery. Packages are delivered to us by DPD. Larger aggregates are supplied by Beentjes Transport or Mainfreight.
Immediately upon receipt of the article check whether it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please do not accept the package. Would you be so kind as to contact our customer service as soon as possible to report this.

ORDER FOLLOW
The moment your order is shipped from our warehouse, under "my orders" you will see "Ordered" in the order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. You only get this with package transport. Aggregates over 31.5 kilos are delivered with pallet transport, you will not receive a 'track and trace' number.
After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a DPD Track & Trace code.
Your order will be picked up together with us and taken to the sorting center.
Your order will be scanned by DPD, this will happen around 3 to 12 hours after sending the shipping confirmation.
After this scan your Track & Trace code will be activated and you can track your order online on the DPD website.

RETURN
Not satisfied with your order? No problem. You can get the purchase amount back or choose a similar, more suitable product. Do not hesitate and contact our customer service.
Unfortunately, this is not possible with aggregates that are 'tailor-made' for you.
If you want to use this, you must return it to us within 14 days after you have received the product.
If you return a product, you must include all accessories supplied. The product must - if reasonably possible - be returned to us in its original (new) condition and in its original packaging. If you want to return a product that has been used and can no longer be sold (as new), we can charge a fee for this. It is possible that this reimbursement is equal to the purchase amount.
